Decorated with a poem in Japanese and a traditional Japanese landscape. The kokeshi has a humidity split in the wood, as shown. Please note that this figurine is qiute different from many small or miniature kokeshi you see offered on this site - it measures approximately 12 inches (36 cm) in height and weighs approximately 1.9 lbs (859 g). The head diameter is approximately 4 inches (10 cm). Thanks to its authentic style and large size, this Kokeshi might work as an interior design accent, despite the split in the wood.
