It is a ceramic or porcelain figural vase or planter. It is a young lady or maiden. She has a blue bonnet on her head, a blue underskirt, and a cream-colored dress with pink and blue flowers on it. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. She is holding out her skirt which has a hole for a sprig of flowers to rest. She measures 10.5" tall x 5" wide x 4.5" deep. She weighs 1 lb 10 oz. She is in excellent, vintage condition. She has light crazing, a few manufacturing flaws, and a "flow blue" skirt. There are no chips, cracks or major damage. Minor signs or wear and use consistent with age are present but she is so pretty, you won't even notice!
