Vintage Large Santa Ceramic Christmas Statue Figure 22” Tall Hand-painted RARE

Description: Beautifully painted, nicknamed “Big Santa” by our family, this guy has character all-day-long and is very hard to part with. We have not been able to find another like him. He appears to have been cast in 3 separate molds. He stands very well balanced and does not wobble, the molds are not loose in spite of some visible gaps. Santa is an impressive 22 inches tall, 21 inches wide and 14 inches deep and weighs in at 16.3 pounds. Probably due to excessive cookie consumption, haha. He is gorgeous from any angle and some say he appears to have plumbers crack from the, ahem, rear angle. He isn’t flawless due to his age, but the imperfections add to his character. See last photo for what does appear to be a repair. This is under his beard and not easily noticeable. He may be made out of ceramic and porcelain, we are not entirely sure. It’s not cement, not resin, seems too strong to be plaster,,, definitely not plastic, if the material is a deal breaker please don’t purchase.
