Description: Beautiful condition with no cracks or chips. This is missing a lid, but I've only been able to find a few of these dishes even offered on ebay over the last 15 years. This is a nice white; the black background makes it easier to look at; makes the white appear darker, so I've included one picture with a white background. This was manufactured between 1954-1965 using plate #744, and was a spin off of its first run in crystal by Smith between 1944-1958. These all may have been inspired by the Wyandotte pattern manufactured by the Ripley and Company in the late 1880's. This is pictured and described on page 331 of L.E. Smith Encyclopedia Of Glass It measures 6"H x 6-1/4"W at the top and the base is 3-1/8"W I pack carefully and pad, as needed, to keep items safe on their journey. I will upgrade shipping for free, if I see there is a faster affordable option for the buyer's location. Please contact me prior to purchasing, if you prefer a specific company. I upload tracking with each order; please let me know if you're not able to locate it, and I'll happily message the number. I usually ship within 1 business day from our non-smoking home on the Ohio-Indiana State line. Thank you for looking, and have a nice day.
