Description: These all belonged to my father (1906-1972). The Membership Coin was from when he joined the Freemasons in 1928. It is silver/gray in color and is 1-3/8" in diameter. The coin reads: "Made A Mason in Doric Lodge No. 18 Entered Mar. 5, 1928 Passed Apr. 30, 1928 Raised May 28, 1928" The Appreciation medal was a gift from the 1929-1930 Potentate, S.C.L. Haskell. It is gold in color, measures 1-1/8" across, and reads: "In appreciation of your faithful service during my administration." The 32nd Degree Scottish Rite FreemasonryTM pin is 10K gold. It is 1/4" wide x 3/8" high. The Latin motto at the bottom of the pin is "Spes mea in Deo est" which translates to "My hope is in God" The pin from Beaver Lodge (chartered 1922 in Belmont, MA) commemorated 25 years since their inception. It is gold in color and measures 1/2". It has been stored in the little blue plastic case since being received. The two pins have screw backs for security. All measurements are approximate.
