Description: Vintage metal sign is 14 x 22". It is HAND LETTERED and was hanging in the back parking lot of an apartment building from the late 1960s thru the early 1980s ! It has a LOT of wear / stains / dings / etc. Not sure where this was hanging but the guys ex-wife said he did construction all over Brooklyn / NYC / Queens until he retired in 1991.
