The housing is made of metal and is in a worn gray finish with minor surface rust starting in few spots. The lens is undamaged and should work accordingly. There are some paint splatter and cracks on the tin but not on lens. Has an adjustment that telescopes the spotlight. There is some chalk writing on the bracket side marked (1-61K Q750 601).
