Description: Vintage Pioneer SA-960 Stereo Amplifier With Phono Input Spares/Repairs. Powers on and mostly works but unfortunately when playing through speakers the volume is only about 10% of what it should be coming out of the speakers. Also it makes the sound a bit choppy and a faint static sound. Speakers were tested with another amp and were fine so the issue is inside the amp. The power button has to be pressed in the correct place or it doesn't activate.
