The skirt is very flowy with a higher hem length in the front than in the back. The sleeves are see through with a snap at the wrist. It zips up the back with a hook and eye closure at the top. It is 100% polyester and the lining is 100% rayon and is a vintage size 12…my sister tried it on and she said it fit more like a SIZE 10.
