Unit has been briefly tested and does power on and light up , it picks up a few stations but with muffled volume , I believe this is due to one of the antenna wires being disconnected. The power/volume knob / tuner dial functions as they should. Minor scratches and scuffs maybe present - see photos. As this is an antique radio and I don’t have records on service work- this Unit is being sold as is pictured for parts or repairs regardless of stated functionality. The suffixes indicate earlier or later production. The difference between 8X541 (Maroon), 8X542 (Ivory) and 8x547 (White) is the color of the same cabinet.
