Description: Vintage Rockabilly 1950s Fender Telecaster Camp Shirt. Bright red with white buttons and white printed Telecaster on back and front pocket. Label does not state brand, material, or country of manufacture, but does say "XL - SS". Authorities state that a size Large camp shirt measures 48.8" chest (underarm to underarm x 2) and 30.8" length (top of collar to hem), which is exactly what this shirt measures - so I am calling it a "Large". It is obviously cotton by the feel. The printing of the large Telecaster on the back is intact, with slight crinkling showing in the white ink. The smaller Tele on the front has some fading. The shirt is overall in good condition but has some spotting of different types on the lower left front of the shirt (as you're looking at it, it is on the right as you're wearing it). There are also a couple light spots on the collar. Please refer to photos. These flaws may be visible when scrutinized, but the bright red Telecaster awesomeness of the shirt will likely overwhelm the senses of any viewer, outweighing these imperfections from a normal viewing distance. I got the shirt from a friend circa 1989. It already had the wear on the white printing. I have never worn it (I wear medium). I believe he got it at a vintage clothing store. In addition to making you look awesome the shirt would also come in handy for flagging rescue planes when lost in the wilderness. Not colorfast so wash separately.
