Description: Vintage Skippy Toothbrush Holder from Percy Crosby Comic Character 1930’s Japan. This bisque figurine has a moveable arm, and the other arm is crooked to support the toothbrush. Copyright Percy Crosby and the crack under his base wear due to its age, see all pics, paint worn, face name of the character “Skippy” is on his base and made in Japan is on his back. He is in good vintage condition considering he’s almost 100 years old. There is a little paint wear, but the colors are still bright. Under his base, you can see separation that happened over time. It was a separate pour to keep the holder steady. I’m not sure if the toothbrush is original, but it looks like it's been around a while. Size is 5.5” tall and a little over 2” wide.
