Description: Vintage UHER 4000 Report-L Martel Compact Reel to Reel Tape Deck. Item has alot of cosmetic wear. It has been minimally tested as I don't have cords to hook up speakers to check volume. It does power up and spin the reels on all speeds. Not sure if volume cords need to be plugged in to make decibel reader work but it does not light up the way it sits. All knobs and dials function just fine but there is alot of cosmetic wear and paint chipping.
