Passed down in the family, this belonged to Jim's mom who lived in Evansville from 1940-1955 where she worked for Welborn Hospital until 1953. Her husband's name with a MRS. in front of it and their address at the time (1952) are embossed on the credit plate.The Evansville Store opened in 1952 and closed in 1977.She never signed the card so may not have used it.
