Description: This is a 77’ish Craftsman 3-Drawer middle/intermediate tool chest. It has a custom painted “FISHOMATIC” front cover which can be left as you see it-or removed by the next owner—but it looks pretty awesome and was done by hand presumably in enamel paint. (No effort has been made to remove the artwork). It comes with one key for the original lock, but the key is not an original Craftsman key. (See photo). The date of manufacture for this box is presumed ‘77 as it’s been married with a ‘77-dated top box since new-but these middle boxes don’t have dates physically stamped on them. (See the top box in another listing). The drawers all slide nicely and are very clean when compared with the gray exterior surfaces. There’s some old school vinyl laminate in the drawer bottoms as seen in photos that shows little sign of wear/tear. I suspect the drawers to be nearly perfect inside if someone removed the laminate.. Photos show condition accurately. The box has been lightly cleaned and separate of a greater effort-this box shows really well as-is. This box was part of a personally owned set of tools that was well cared for and it needs a new home.
