This is a Vintage Fisher Price Little People #938 Play Family Sesame Street Apartment 100% Complete with eraser and chalk. Very good condition. Decals are in good condition with minor age wear. . Plastic people in great shape. Includes the chalk and eraser. Two of the pieces of chalk are broken in half. Eraser has some foam loss but not bad. The mailbox is green. I assume it is discolored and supposed to be blue, but I don't know. Overall NICE! Includes 8 Sesame Street Characters, ladder, lamp post, Big Bird's Nest, Bert and Ernies bed (no foam), chalk in original chalk box, eraser, TV, furniture (table with chairs, couch with table), lunch counter/soda fountain with seats, newstand, garbage truck, fire hydrant.
