Description: This vintage lot of 4 penguins from the 1980s includes plush toys featuring characters from the popular Bloom County comic strip. The set includes a 12” Opus Penguin plush with red bow tie, a 12” with reindeer antlers (17” to tip of antlers) and plaid tie, an 8” Opus with red bow tie, and a HTF 8” female penguin with a lace and floral hat. From the Berkeley Breathed comics from the Washington Post, they are perfect for collectors of stuffed animals. The toys are made by Warehouse Toys and were manufactured in the 1980s -1984-1985. They have been in storage inside a Rubbermaid tote and are clean and no musty odors or other issues. Reindeer hat is missing 2 colored balls is only flaw I see. From a smoke and pet free home.
