Description: This is a vintage Westone Spectrum GT Custom guitar from around 1989 as best I can tell. Extremely rare. I have included pages from their 1989 catalog in the listing, showing the "Crackle White " finish on the Spectrum GT Custom model (WE6410CKW). Buyer should be aware of what this is before purchase, I am just sharing what I believe to be true about the model. The electronics are sketchy, as is expected with old instruments that have sat around. It works, but light touches to the switches cause feedback and cutting out etc. Therefore, it needs an electronics clean-up and refresh, proper setup, and new strings, etc. This guitar is over 30 years old and will require a little TLC to get it setup and playing perfect, etc. Selling as-is, no returns or guarantees. I've owned the guitar for about 10 years, and have never really played it. At the time I was buying several old 80s and 90s shredder guitars, and picked this up along the way. I had the red/blue crackle version when I was a kid, and regretted selling it for years. I went looking for another one, and it took me several years to finally find it. In the process I came across this one, and bought it since it was very close. It has always been stored in my climate controlled home. I dropped the red/blue crackle off at a guitar store a few years ago, and had a new pickup, wiring, and basic setup done for about $250 and it plays awesome. I expect the same to be possible with this one. The body is in great condition, I can't really find any major flaws. The frets look good, none are lifted etc. Kahler Spyder tremolo with bar included. Hard case included. Free insured shipping in continental US, UPS or FedEx, seller's preference.
