Each marker is made of a special type of white weather-resistant plastic that remains firm yet flexible even in sub-zero temperatures (no chipping or cracking here!), and the labels are a type of permanent vinyl that will not fade or peel. We have spent two years rigorously testing these markers, leaving them out in full sun year-round in temperatures that have exceeded 100˚ f and fallen below -10˚ f. They have been stepped on, snow-plowed, water-sprayed and raked over, and are still in the same condition as the day they were made. They’re tall, measuring almost 12” high with a tilted head, so they’re easy to read while standing and never get lost in the foliage.
