Description: Original Mk IIIE British eyeshields for anti-gas and anti-dust protection. The contents of this cardboard envelope include both clear (4) and tinted (2) eyeshields with head straps. Tinted eyeshields were introduced for tropical and sub-tropical theatres for their anti-glare properties. The cardboard envelope is marked M.W.S. LTD. 1943. Due to age the individual paper packets have stuck to the eyeshields and are torn in some instances. However, the shields themselves appear to be in decent shape. Shipped promptly.
