He is on his original card but the bubble does have a couple of dents and cracks on the top and the bottom has started to pull away from the card as best shown in the 4th photo as well as wear to the edges as can be seen in the photos. He is a Maximum Sweat Series 3 figure. You can add water to the figure and when you push a button on the back the figure "sweats". He was produced in 1999 by Jakks Pacific.
