Description: "Who doesn't wager can't win!" Original WWII German lottery Reichslotterie advertisement for drawings held on November 7 & 8 1939. Overall fairly good condition with some wear around the edges. There looks to be a card missing - there is residue where the hand is pointing. It looks like they included a list of random "lucky" numbers if you didn't want to choose your own. According to the advert, all winnings were income tax free. See photos for size and condition. I DO COMBINE SHIPPING! I tried to have it set up to automatically combine shipping costs, but that doesn't always work. If you feel it is not correctly combining shipping, please write in the order notes "combine shipping" or something of that nature when you order (not as a separate message). The note in the order flags it for me so it is easier for me to keep track and refund accordingly. I know there should be a simpler way of doing this, but I haven't figured it out, so this is my best option at the moment. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I must declare FULL VALUE on customs forms. This means you may have to pay customs fees upon arrival. Listing and template services provided by inkFrog
