Description: This is an older model, called “Promo” but is most similar to the Button Down 6 of the late 90’s. THERE ARE NO MOUNTS INCLUDED IN THIS SALE!!! There are 4 wing nuts included but you need specific mounts (what Yakima calls Mighty Mounts) for your specific crossbar shape. I do have some mounts for this rack but they’re in a different listing since they’re specific to a particular vehicle. If you go on Yakima.com you can figure out which mighty mounts you need for your specific application. SKU: #8003590 is the one that is kind of “universal” for factory aero crossbars. You’ll need the “wrap around” style mounts if you’re putting this on a classic round bar Yakima rack. Otherwise look for one of the “V” series Mighty Mounts (2V, 6V, 9V, etc) because you need the mounting block to be VERTICAL to go up inside of the ski rack where it gets attached.
